Hey all,
Recently I've bought a EVGA GTX 650 for my ultra-low budget build. I was wondering how far can I push it with the EVGA Precision X software until I see some kind of performance increase. I've been experimenting for a little and I have no idea how much increase in mem clock offset I should put per increase in GPU clock offset and vice-versa.
This build is running an i3 2100 with 8 GB Corsair Vengeance Ram @ 1600.
Thanks.

You maybe be able to push it a few mhz clock wise but with GPUs if you overdo it the GPU can't actually keep up with the new clock and it becomes severely unstable. Maybe up to 1.1-1.2ghz but i'm no GPU expert.

Whats your idle temperature?

Temperature isn't really an issue because my case is a wind tunnel.

Don't worry about it.It's fine yet and in my opinion if you change it then it may be not good for your system or may effect on some software as well

what i suggest is overclocking it with 50mhz increments , until a game crash's BSOD or driver crash, once it crash, up the voltage bit by bit untill it stops crashing, once you done that, that be you max OC be roughly...

here is a roughly what you could get in overclocking it

I wouldn't go much further than that, maybe another 100mhz

BTW you won't see much of a performance increase going from that, you might be left with some instability for little gain
