Hi everybody! I want to buy a laptop for school and some gaming. But I don't know what kind of processor I need. They say that intel is better than amd or vica versa. Can somebody give me some advice?

Solution
If ur budget is not hig and u can't afford a i5 CPU + GT 640M/740M/750M or HD 7670M/8750M laptop, definitely u should go for A8/A10 'cause APU's iGP HD 7640G/7660G is far better off than Intel's HD 4000, better to go w/ A8/A10+7670M so that dual graphic could set up and in best case scenario dual graphics performs better than GT 640m DDR3 and slightly below GT 650M DDR3. But if u go for APU, remember u should have more than 6GB RAM and dual channel memory should be activated 'cause APU's iGP depends much on system's memory.

But if ur budget is over 700 bucks, definitely go for i5 + GT 640M/650M or be better off, AMD's solution is more for budget.

If the Intel laptop doesn't include dedicated graphics ( GTX 650m, 7770m etc) but use the Intel HD series graphics. Then you should buy the AMD APU system as you will be able to play more games.
Also can you give us the name of the Intel CPU ???

Better off A8 w/ 8570M gfx (can form dual graphic):

A10 without dedicated gfx, but clock faster and has better iGP (equal w/ HD 6730M)

Actually I'm thinking of 2 laptops.

1. Hp pavilion g6-2303sd

cpu: amd a8-4500m
gpu: amd 7640g + amd 7670m
ram: 6 GB
500 GB hdd

2. Acer Aspire V3-771G-53216G50Makk

cpu: intel core i5 3210m
gpu: nvidia geforce gt 630m
ram: 6GB
500GB hdd

The acer is 50 euros more expensive, but I've heared that acer has very low quality I don't know what to choose. Specs or build quality?

Get the HP.

It includes the AMD dual graphics system that would let the cards work in a system similar to crossfire. !

Hope I helped.
