I m soon gonna upgrade my pc and decided Sapphire ATI HD 7750 1gb DDR5 as GPU but i came across many variants of it. OC version i wont take as i am never gonna OC and costly too, Ultimate is silent edition i guess (so it should be bit costly & as noise is no problem so wont take it either). Now remaining is Normal and Low profile editon what is the difference between the two?? BTW my rig will be
AMD FX-6300
GIGABYTE 970A- DS3
Corsair 1X4gb
1TB HDD

Well if you are using a mini-case, a low profile GPU is what you would want/need so it would fit and allow for more airflow. If you are using a regular mid-tower, the normal will suit you just fine.

Low profile card occupies less space than normal cards. The other difference would be low profile card may not contain cooling fans to the heatsink, that results in slightly higher temperature compared to a normal card that have active cooling.

Finally, some "LP" cards have the clocks backed down a bit. Not a lot usually, but don't be surprised if a LP card is just a touch slower then a normal one. I run full size parts as much as I can. For the better cooling. I'm running a wind force 3 7950 in my rig, for the three fans on the cooler.

No problem at all. Very cool and small card. Draws power only from motherboard so no problem.
