Razer Deathadder 2013 randomly disconnecting and reconnecting

Hello all,
I have a problem with my 2 months old gaming mouse. it disconnect and reconnects randomly, sometimes 8 times in a row and then works fine again for hours maybe even days.
The point is, I don't think it's a cable or wire issue because i've been on holiday for 2 weeks and used the razer on my father's laptop and it didn't disconnect once. Anyone can help me out? If I want to RMA it to the shop i bought it from they're going to check the mouse and if it's fine i'll be billed so RMA isn't really an option because i think it has something to do with my pc...

I had a deathadder for 2 years and it started doing that. RMA it and get a different mouse is the only answer here. The mouse is dying. I'm assuming you didn't install the driver on the other computer you tried it on. It will "work" without the driver, but you won't get to adjust the sensitivity or anything else.

To be honest i think it has to do with razer synapse ( though i did install it on the laptop also).
I'm am a 100% sure at the moment the mouse is not dying and it's a software problem... thing is, now what?

I have the same problem, my mouse have 1 year old or so, pretty sure that the problem isn't the cable, i tried everything, i simply don't know -.-

I RMA'd it and now everything is perfectly fine though, new mouse works 100%.
