PC not displaying on HD TV, using HDMI cable from Graphics Card

PC not Showing up on TV until I force shutdown and turn on again. I have a GTX660 Graphics Card and a Toshiba 32HL933B. So when i turn on TV and turn on PC nothing shows up for the PC, not even the bios. It only shows up the Second time i turn it on oddly enough. And when it comes to trying again from a shutdown i have the same issue. Iv tried many different things to get it to work first time but no luck. Its no big deal because it does generally work on the second go but its just not good force shutting down the PC via the power button everytime I want to turn it on. Would appreciate some help, thanks

  1. Do you have the latest drivers, might also try a different DVI cable
