Generally aiming for $1000 Gaming Computer.
With emphasis on performance and not on aesthetics(case).

Slight changes to your build which allows for an unlock CPU and an aftermarket cooler. Even though you are not OC, I would get it due to having the option in the future and possibly keeping the CPU to OC for future bottleneck.

If you most 100% sure you are not going to OC, just swap it to your build which is decent, though I would get a 2x4GB RAM instead of 1x8GB.

Go with 2x4gb stick instead of 1x8gb stick, it's better and the possible upgrade to 16 gb isn't really worth it for gaming.

Also your powersupply doesn't have the amperage to power you video card.

Refering here: http://forum-en.msi.com/faq/article/power-requirements-for-graphics-cards

The minimum recommended for a system with that card is 550w with 30A 12v rail whereas the fatality only has 25A.

This one would be better, nicer quality, better 80+ certification and it's got plenty of amps

This is much better. You have a semi-modular PSU and a MSI 760.

#Edited# - Forget to say that this system vastly cost-reducing than previous suggestion from envy14tpe and yours too, please note that speaker is added in this build, not necessary, also note that Asus VS monitor don't have in-built speaker. Please also give a better name to this build.
