Some programs do not recognize my flash drive

I'm trying to "burn" an ISO to my 8GB Sandisk flash drive, but AVG Rescue CD does not see my flash drive. I have attached some pictures below. Help please?

Yea sorry then you will probably need a different flash drive then. If you look up the program you will probably find lots of people having issues with certain flash drives. Its really more a problem of the software creator that they didn't include better flash drive support, but I can' think of any way around it unless there is an updated version of the program.

You cannot burn an image onto the flash drive. Burning an image literally relates to the use of lasers in he disk drive to burn information onto an optical disk.

If you are trying to install a program on the flash drive is not being detected chances are you will not be able to. This happens for various reasons related to the manufacturer, the age of the device, and the product itself. If this is the problem, there is no way you to get around it. You will need another flash drive.
