Solution
CPU: AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core - $139.98
Motherboard: ASRock 970 EXTREME4 ATX AM3+ Motherboard - $89.99
Memory: A-Data XPG Gaming Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 - $57.49
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM - $54.98
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB - $169.99
Case: Fractal Design Core 3000 USB 3.0 (Black) ATX Mid Tower - $49.99

Didn't know if you needed RAM or not but I put it in there anyway. this should run on high for most games, If you want to run on ultra you will need to spend $100 more on a graphics card. But with this motherboard you can add another 7870 and put them in CrossFire when you have the money.

Solution

This case is total junk. It has the PSU top mounted and no cable management at all. This motherboard is also VERY old. Don't mess with it.

The first build posted is very good, but switch the motherboard for an ASUS because that MSI does not have heatsinks on the VRMs and there are MANY accounts of it catching fire.
