I feel like the weakest point in this setup would be the graphics card. For a good price, an Nvidia Geforce Gtx 650 ti would be a way better investment in the long run. Would be able to run Dayz with supreme ease, while I feel like the 5450 wouldn't be able to handle much. Also, I'm not an expert, but you might want to run it down by the motherboard department and ask them if that northbridge and southbridge on the motherboard work well with an FX 8320.

wouldn't go for it, very poor GPU and PSU brand is not mentioned

Looks like a prebuilt, you should assemble your own rig. Figure out your budget and start from there, the GPU and PSU in this setup is not recommended.
