Upgrading my pc (mainly my processor)

Ok i'm upgrading some components in my pc! I'm wondering if it's worth getting the i5-4670k + DH87MC (intel MB)! I often use my pc to play some online games like WOW, COD...

My current pc:
*OS: Windows 8 PRO x64
*Screen: SAMSUNG BX2350
*CPU: Intel Core i5 650 @ 3.20Ghz (current OC'd)
*Motherboard: Intel DP55WB
*RAM: 2 x 2gb Kingstons 9905471-001.A00LF 1333MHz (Dual channel)
*GPU: XFX AMD radeon HD7750 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150663)
*Power supply: C3 Deluxe 550w

http://valid.canardpc.com/2887725

I'm thinking about getting some upgrades like:
*RAM: 2x4gb Corsair Cmv4gx3m1a1333c9 (wich i already have but not installed - MB + CPU incompatibility)
*CPU: Intel i5 - 4670k
*Motherboard: Intel DH87MC

What u guys think? Is it worth getting Haswell processors? Is this motherboard good? Can i use my kingstons + the corsairs?

Solution
I suspect your current limitation is more with the 7750 graphics card than the cpu.
To help clarify your options, run these two tests:

a) Run your games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely cpu limited.

b) Limit your cpu, either by reducing the OC, or, in windows power management, limit the maximum cpu% to something like 50%.
This will simulate what a lack of cpu power will do.

Go to control panel/power options/change plan settings/change advanced power settings/processor power management/maximum processor state/
set to 50% and see how you do.

If your FPS drops significantly, it is an indicator that your cpu is the limiting factor, and a cpu upgrade is in order.

It is possible that both tests are positive, indicating that you have a well balanced system, and both cpu and gpu need to be upgraded to get better gaming FPS.

If you decide a cpu upgrade is in order, a 4670K is about as good as it gets. But do pick a motherboard with a Z87 chipset so you can give that "K" a conservative Overclock to perhaps 4.0.
If you decide you need a graphics upgrade, your 550W psu can power a card as good as a GTX760 or a 7950.

The 8gb ram kit should be ok with a Z87 motherboard. The 1333 speed does not make much difference to Intel cpus.

I really like the on chip SATA III and USB 3.0 support with Haswell. It may not be the best for overclocking, but I doubt that you are doing that since you list an Intel motherboard. You should be able to use your RAM without issues, Corsair guarantees compatibility -- take a look HERE.

I've done 4 builds with the i5-4670k builds and ASUS/ASRock Z87 boards and they are all great machines.

As geofelt says, your video card is your bottleneck for gaming.

Forgot to add, that's what i actually did on my cpu: http://valid.canardpc.com/2887725

About my gpu i just upgraded it! I was using a XFX nvidia GT220 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150468) for this AMD radeon (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150663) do u think it was a bad choice? I bought it cause it was in a good price)

I will do the tests and post the results!

I know, i searched and yes they say that it's compatible, but in the intel compatibility list the corsair isn't there. I tryed many configs to install those ram's, tryed:
* putting only both corsairs memorys but i get blue screen;
* just one and blue screen;
* 2 kingstons and 1 corsair my pc keep rebooting
*2kingstons and 2 corsairs blue screen

I had Windows 7 Ultimate x64, upgrade to Windows 8 PRO x64 and both get the same results, except that in windows 8 the computer starts i can login with the 2 kingstons and 1 corsair configuration but i get MEMORY_MANAGENT blue screen after some time using (like 5-10mins)

Do you know what can be doing it?

Just did yesterday! No error found! Did the complete test. I gave up and considered as a incompatibility problem! About my actual pc, like i just say'ed to geofelt, i recently upgraded my GPU! Do u think it was a bad deal?

Not a bad choice if it was a good price and it does what you need. Most fast action games really benefit from the fastest available card, but some games don't need a really great card ($$). Any upgrade from a GT220 is huge, I use those in HTPCs. :)

Graphics card was a nice upgrade over what you had, but considering what you are willing to spend on CPU, ram, and motherboard, it is a bit of a waste. A 4670k is nearly the price of a much faster GTX 760. Not sure what that power supply you have is either. Doesn't sound like it is a quality one. I would forgo the CPU/Motherboard upgrade and upgrade your graphics and power supply.

I use a C3 deluxe power supply 550w, not a good one, and i think it's a brazilian product (i'm from Brazil). I just upgrade the graphic card... But it wasn't because of graphic problems, since i mainly use xbox 360 for gaming, i got the 7750 cause my gt 220 was starting to have hardware problems! But for wow (my main use it was quite running well) now with the 7750 the graphics run quite good, but my pc is lagging really bad in simple programs like chrome!
Actually i'm just upgrading my i5, cause of the motherboard... I wantes a better one! For better features and compatibilit. Getting a better graphic cards still a better option?
Also already have the corsair ram but cannot install :/
The CPU+ MB = 600 dollars here any better upgrade with less money

Obs: sorry for grammar, just started learning english

Yes i have a link (but is in portuguese, chrome tranlate can handle i think since most of the information are universal!)
http://www.boadica.com.br/pesquisa/precos

The price of the products is in "reais" R$! My budget is around 900-1000 reais! (If u search hardaware in us sites my budgets is around 400-600 dollars

I was using windows 7 ultimate x64, and my pc was lagging, last week i installed windows 8 pro x64!

Just deleted most of the stuff that i dom't use, and deactivated all nom-windows programs in startup (msconfig). Always running avast pro, ccleaner, disk defragmentations, and recently ram chache cleaner... I have no clue why my pc is lagging...

Was it an upgrade install or a fresh install? A fresh install should run just fine with your system.

Upgrade install! Just wondering wich system have a better performance win 8 or win 7?

-Edit:
Just refreshed my win 8 install and everything is running fine! tryed playing some games (the sims 3 [the only game installed atm]) in maximum graphics the games run cool but some times i got a drop in fps for some seconds... The game is having the same performance as it was in the XFX GT 220
