i wanted to upgrade my gpu for bf4 so i can play atleast high or ultra with 1600x900 resolution with a smooth 50+ fps in mid combat. any amd video cards would be able to that? i heard the amd radeon hd 7950 can with a good cpu which i alrdy have..

Solution
Yep, that or the GTX 760 should do it. You could also wait a few months after it comes out so patches and benchmarks will be out, along with AMD's next generation of graphics cards.

The 7950 goes blow for blow with the 760. They each have their own games where they perform better (the 760 seems to oust the 7950 in BF3). But there is no point in getting a 760 when you already have a 7950. How high of an overclock do you have on the 7950?
