what gpu should i go for?

i wanted to upgrade my gpu for bf4 so i can play atleast high or ultra with 1600x900 resolution with a smooth 50+ fps in mid combat. any amd video cards would be able to that? i heard the amd radeon hd 7950 can with a good cpu which i alrdy have..

Yep, that or the GTX 760 should do it. You could also wait a few months after it comes out so patches and benchmarks will be out, along with AMD's next generation of graphics cards.

You should be fine. Can't say with 100% certainty until BF4 comes out, though.

alright how bout bf3 maxed out? bec bf3 and bf4.. the only difference is bassicly better textures.

Probably not maxed out, especially in 64-player matches. Should be good for high settings.

what would be a card to run ultra? in 64 player servers.. specifily amd. if their isnt then should i wait for amd's new line of cards??

i may just stick with the hd radeon 7950 bec it has better performance then the 760 and its cheaper and it also has 3gb so..

The 7950 goes blow for blow with the 760. They each have their own games where they perform better (the 760 seems to oust the 7950 in BF3). But there is no point in getting a 760 when you already have a 7950. How high of an overclock do you have on the 7950?
