Windows 8 frequent errors

Hello. So I just got a new PC like two months ago. The problem is, after like one or two weeks, it started getting random restarts...like every three days. After a bit, nothing happened for a week or so, and then I got a new error.... Basically, my PC froze..I couldn't do ANYTHING: mouse wouldn't work, task manager wouldn't start... And also, while the PC froze..a weird buzzing sound came out of my speakers.

I read a few threads and all about these kinds of stuff..and I disabled the Fast Boot that is specially made for Windows 8. Since then, I don't have any random restarts at all. But, the PC freezes didn't stop... And they happened like every three days... But anyway, today I got a BSoD, so I really thought things are damn messed up. All this time I performed every kind of scan for the drives, system, registry...everything. I used CCleaner, TuneUp Utilities, sfc/scannow command from the command prompt, scanned for any viruses, used CrystalDiskInfo...everything.

And no error popped up... I'll drop my PC specs here if they help.

OS: Windows 8 Pro 64-bit
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K
RAM: 4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A55M-DGS (CPUSocket)
Graphics: Generic Non-PnP Monitor (1024x768@75Hz)
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series (MSI)
Hard Drive: 466GB Hitachi HDS721050CLA360 (SATA)
Optical Drives: DTSOFT Virtual CdRom Device
Audio: AMD High Definition Audio Device

Also is it allowed to attach files around here? If so...I could attach the Minidump file or whatever so that you'll know more about the BSoD. Also...there's something else. This error popped up on the BSoD today: "bugcode_usb_driver".

I really hope these errors won't fry my PC or something, right? I still got the warranty but...it's still sad to find out Windows 8 is so fragile... I hope someone may be able to help.

Thank you for reading!

Usually hard freezes, i.e. when you cant move your mouse are hardware related issues. Send your computer for warranty or return it to the store you bought it.

I would normally go through troubleshooting steps, but since its under warranty, best let them handle the issue, and fix it, no need to get your hands dirty.

Hello again. Sorry for the late reply, but I've been waiting to get another BSoD this whole time, in order to upload the minidump file so that someone here might help by looking over it and tell whether it's of any use or not. Anyway, I haven't been getting any other errors lately except another PC freeze a few days ago and the BSoD today. Either way, here's the link:

Thanks in advance!
