Dude this is the best you can get right now, if you want to make it better, you could go with an E7 server based processor and have a dual CPU mobo but that is useless for non-server like uses.

did you look at the pc part picker site, and besides, he'd never be able to overclock at all with an integrated fan in a pc like that.
