Blue screen crash, black screen startup

My Toshiba Satelite laptop with windows 7 had a blue screen crash, for no apparent reason, then screen went blank. Screen is black on startup, will not startup so I can get into safemode.

then try to connect a monitor to the external video output and if it does the same could be the graphic card if not look at the screen panel on it ,another is everythinhg up to date in the system specially the driver .
