Constant BSOD issue while running emulators

I recently have had issue with BSOD while running emulators. I have cleaned my pc, reformatted my laptop, and basically started from scratch. However first run of running the emulators again I received a BSOD again and it is the same bcode as previous before the reformatting. If someone could provide insight or a solution for this ongoing issues.

My system setup is as followed:

Windows 7 home edition 64x
AMD Phenom II Dual Processor 2.90GHz
ATI Mobile Radeon HD 4250
4Gb
500Gb of memeory

Solution
0x124, the dreaded WHEA BSOD. Basically telling you SOMETHING in hardware is a problem, but not what. In my mind, this is the most annoying BSOD to track down.

First things first: Check temps to make sure nothing is overheating. Remove any OC. Check BIOS and make sure all settings are correct.

If that doesn't fix the issue, you are at the point where you need to swap hardware around. From past experience, the motherboard is the most likely culprit, though RAM, PSU, and CPU could all be at fault.
