Internet not working after reinstalling windows 7 it is asking for a network adapter wich i looked up in every single way but i cannot find the propper one....

Your motherboard should have included a driver cd with the necessary drivers, including the network device driver.
Install that.
If you do not have one, search for such a driver online.
You need to install the drivers. Then you should be good to go.
thats the point, i had this problem earlier and i downloaded it straight of packard bell there website but now it does not accept my Serial number, or my SNID number so i cannot find the propper Drivers
Look for the drivers by your model number instead. I did a quick Google search and found nothing. They may not be available for download anymore, sorry to say.
