im planning on buying a desktop and the reviews say the only real con other than getting used to windows 8 is the NVIDIA Geforce GT 610 1GB graphics card. my budget is limited very limited in fact probably to around 20- 30$ i am mostly going to play league of legends and minecraft and record them at the same time so i was wondering what graphics/video cards i should upgrade to. i was also wondering is this already a good graphics card and are there any better graphics cards out there for 20-30$
i was looking at some graphics cards in my price range and a few looked good but i have no idea if im correct these are the ones that stood out
MSI N210-512D2 GeForce 210 512MB 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card at 25$
Open Box: PowerColor Go! Green AX5450 1GBK3-SH Radeon HD 5450 (Cedar) 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low at 24$
Refurbished: EVGA 01G-P3-1312-RX GeForce 210 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card at 20 $

I am afraid you are not going to find much in that price range. I was going to recommend a 460GTX, which you can find for less than 50 bucks. If you give your system specs and monitor resolution, it would be helpful.

Recording while playing will be dependent on the CPU to not allow the game to bog down.
$30 for a graphics card to play games doesn't buy much. At a resolution limited to 720p, you may find a HD6450 acceptable. You'll need to play the rebate game and hope you win in order to make budget though: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
