GTX 765m latest drivers?

Hello, I got an ASUS G750jw and It has a GTX 765m, I want to know if there is a newer driver for the card. It works great but im just cautious. Windows says I have driver number 9.18.13.1141 but there is a newer one on the asus website 9.18.13.1183 should I update it? It says: ''nVidia Graphics Driver
Please remove old version of NVIDIA VGA driver and install NVIDIA VGA driver V9.18.13.XXXX or above version under Windows 7 environment before upgrade to Windows 8'' but mine came with windows 8 already...am I safe to update? should I?


P.S. My 4th gen i7-4700HQ reached 80 celsius today after some gaming, Is that too much or am I safe?

Sure, go ahead and update, 80 isn't uncommon w/ laptops when gaming, might think about a coolpad for under it and keep the exhaut area clear

I updated the GPU drivers and now temperatures are cooler, I have played hours today and it didn't reach 70c in cpu or gpu or motherboard, it was in 67c cpu and mobo but gpu was about 59-64c, those are way cooler than before and I didn't use a cool pad
