I wired my house with Cat6 (550mhz)Cable and now its coming out of the wall, bare. There is a hole in the wall and the Cat6 wire coming throught. What wall plate do i need to buy and how do i wire the Cat6 into a wall plug? What wall plug do i need to buy? What steps do i have to take to get the Cat6 wire into a ethernet wall plug?

HERE is a picture of both types of connectors, either will work fine. The blue is the punchdown type I use, the green is a tool-less type connector.
