I live in Switzerland (EU) and started to watch some Twitch Streams, mostly Battlefield 3. But every Battlefield 3 stream that I watch stutters. The audio is fine, but the video freezes every 10-30 seconds and then works again after 3-5 seconds. This is how it looks like when it stutters:
My internet connection should be cabable of streaming, I have around 100Mbit/s down when I do a speed test. So I tried a Call Of Duty stream, everything worked just fine.
Could it be, that Twitch limits the performance of certain streams?
