so I was installing a case fan on my computer and read the manual wrong. I stupidly plugged the LED power for the fan into the USB expansion. (mobo is MSI G45) and then plugged in the power for the fan, The computer completely shutdown and will not turn on. Even while off my gpu (Asus GTX 770) would have a few LEDs lighten and those were no longer on. I also tried connecting my speaker to the motherboard to try and get some noise and nothing happened. Did I fry my motherboard and/or anything else?

Maybe. Have you unplugged the mistakenly attached connection yet?

When you get your computer back to it's pre-mis-wired state, if your power supply has a physical 0/1 rocker switch, move it to the 0 position, unplug it, give it a minute or more without being attached to the wall, and see if you just tripped it's overcurrent protection. Plug it back in and see what happens. The damage is already done, if there was any.

I tried what you said and still received no response. I think what happened was I put power into the data pins on the USB header. Is it possible that the damage was done to something else or other things along with the motherboard? Also do you have any other suggestions?
