Nvidia says no ..... 500 watts for system and 170 for 2nd card .... so 670 watts

Here is Guru3Ds power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 760 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 760 SLI - On your average system the card requires you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit.

If you are going to overclock GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with a bit more stamina.

So 700 if not overclocking .....if OCing....go bigger

The short answer is yes. It does depend how extreme the rest of your rig is tho. Assuming a fairly normal i7/i5 rig with a moderate overclock 4.5ghz or less and assuming your not running any crazy water cooling off the power supply.
