Parts I have:
Case: Rosewill Blackbone, basic mid-tower case $32
Monitor: Dell 2008wfp, had already
Keyboard and mouse, had already
HDD: WD 2TB green drive, had already
PSU: Ocz 650w $47
GPU: Radeon HD 5750, had already
CPU: AMD FX-4300 3.8G 4-core $100
Windows 7

Parts working on getting:
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB $57
GPU: Radeon HD 7770 $105 (once I can afford to upgrade, 5750 should be ok for now)
Motherboard: ASrock 970 extreme4 $90

What do you think of this budget build? Are there any extra things I should include, like a CPU cooler or bigger case fan?
And also, I'd like to know if this pc is capable of overclocking

In the US the FX-6300 sells only 10-15 bucks more than 4300 but has two more cores and has doubled L3 cache. But if u've purchased 4300, let bygones be bygones. At least u have a Vishera CPU instead of bad-reputated Zambezi CPU.

For 130 bucks in the US u could get GTX 650 ti boost or HD 7850, both gfx will perform better than HD 7770.

If u don't plan OC no need for an additional CPU cooler, however 4300 has unlocked multiplier so if u wanna go buy a good CPU cooler like Cooler Master 212 EVO, FX-4300 can easily go over 4.5Ghz 'cause it has only 4 cores on die. Also it's a good idea to add some case fans for the ventilations if OC. But wires handling is also important when putting ur rig up ;)
