Just got a new motherboard put everything together and it wont boot, it just runs then shuts off

Got a new Crosshair V formula Z motherboard, using 2 radeon hd 4850 gpu, and a vishara 4.0ghz 8 core processor, psu is 750w. I hook it all up and it starts then shuts off about 5 seconds later. Please help!

Check to make sure the CPU is actually seated correctly in the socket. Also that the CPU cooler is hooked up correctly to the CPU. I'm guessing that's your problem.

Well it stays on now... But no image on my tv, gpu are connected and slotted properly

Make sure the extra power connectors to your GPU are secure and that the TV is switched over to the proper output.

Going to try and flash the bios since from what I've read the cpu is too "new"
