How to connect multiple devices in a single network

I have 3 devices
1 desktop
1 Samsung Tab
1 Sony TV

How can i connect these 3 devices in a single network

Yes i have a wifi enabled router but i can connect internet to the 3 devices but cant share data between these devices such as

what i am seeing in my tab cannot be virtually seen in the Tv at the same time these two devices are not getting interconnected with eachother
