Hi,

I had a Nvidia GeForce 8400GS, which is a very weak graphic card, but yesterday, I got an AMD Radeon HD 7750, its not the best card, but its great.

So I am having a weird problem in gaming. When setting FIFA 13 on high or low settings, I can play it, the FPS is 30 stable somehow, but I get many FPS drops, though the FPS still says 30, even when not locking the FPS to a certain framerate.

I also noticed that after playing a game for a little bit, the FPS rate start going down, for example if I play a game with lets say 30 FPS, after 10 minutes it goes down to 20 FPS. CPU temperature is 55C and I already turned off Thermal Throttling in BIOS.

The GPU Temp stays 37C, so what do you think is the problem?

Best,
MJaoune

Did you run driver sweeper? Or at least c cleaner? You need to erase every spec of the old drivers when changing graphics cards. Ideally, before you change over.
You should erase everything 'invidia' on the hard drive too.

I didn't change game settings, all still set to low.

Have you used driver sweeper to get rid of the old drivers for the Nvidia card?

No I haven't, will use it and then give you a feedback.
