Lenovo Y 580 has artifacts with any game I play, help.

I recently bought a Lenovo Y 580. Whenever I play any game even on the lowest settings the game either has visual artifacts and/or crashes. I have sent the computer into Lenovo twice, the first time they replaced the HDD and the second time they said nothing was wrong, but clearly something is wrong. My specs are: CPU: Intel core i7, 750 GB, Geforce GTX 660M, with windows 8. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

It can be defective Gpu.

Try enabling(or disabling if it is already enabled) vsync in your graphics card settings.

I found some thing on internet for this card try to install older driver for gpu it may fix the problem
