well your Gfx card is not getting enough power from the PSU so you don't see anything in the monitor. i recommend getting a 400W PSU WITH a 6 pin connector, otherwise you'd have to sell that GPU cause it won't work.

instead of CM elite power go with something more reliable like corsair CX 430, it should be much more reliable than the CM unit at the same price point.

20W won't be a problem.your whole system will consume 150W at max so even with CX 430 you will have a 180W headroom.

Fine i took the corsair... hope you right but can you explain me how much the card take w? cause if my system will take 180w at all i dont see why my 220 cpu wont work the 6 pin connector maybe?

ya that's right !! the corsair PSUs is much better quality than the Cooler master's PSUs !!

that card will consume at maximum 105W no more than that !! but ATI require 450w to be enough to power the whole system at all conditions with no issues , however , the PSU wattage will drop after a while from boot up which means maybe the first hour from boot up will deliver 460w , then it will drop by time from 460w to 400w sometimes , it's very Complex to understand it :D  !

as example ! my system consumes about 320w but am using an 620w PSU to give it much room for overclocking and adding new devices and stuff !!

go with the Corsair PSU , it's much better in termp of performance & Quality . Good Luck :)  .
