Hello, i have a little problem. I have always been stuck with a very, very ancient computer and now i have a chance to buy a decent gaming one relatively cheap. However - It has a bad integrated GPU and i decided to buy a better GPu. The problem is the PSU. I asked the seller and they have no idea about PSU details, they said that they checked and that it is 300W. I am afraid that 300W is way too little for SAPPHIRE Radeon HD7730 2048MB GDDR5.
I am already a little over budget here, that's why i don't have the money for a new PSU.
Will underclocking my GPU help? Also, could you give me a good enough but the cheapest possible PSU i could buy when i have the money? Will the GPU even fit in the machine? I have no further information about it and their customer service answers at a snail's pace.

I absolutely agree that i can't afford any wonders with 300€ but.. Is it just me, or is that pc you suggested so very bad and, compared to the pc i have already described expensive too? (it costs 280€ even with the SAPPHIRE Radeon HD7730 2048MB GDDR5 that i was going to buy separately)
Hell, you even put windows 8 in that set, knowing i want a gaming pc, limiting rest of the components. I can get an err... totally legitimate copy of windows by myself *yarrr*. No need to waste 90$ on windows 8

Any other ideas? Just so you know. I can not afford more than aproximately 300€ including shipping fees. (I live in the Czech Republic)
I am not trying to be foul mouthed or anything. I am grateful for your attention.

I have made a pretty good set on that nice site you showed me. I am waiting for coffirimation email. Do they ship in my country? I would like to ask if anything is wrong with that build after i will be able to login and save it.

EDIT: I have realised that i don't need to login to show you that set. Here it is. Will it work together without problems? I am concerned with the fan... I dont think it is bad, but will it be enough to keep the CPU cool?

Just scratch the cpu cooler. it comes with one. also, you do understand that this means you have to build it yourself right?
