how to create disk 1 in disk management??

Drives are always listed starting at zero. Even the sata ports on your motherboard are numbered starting at zero. The only way to get a DISK 1 is to install a second hard drive. Partitioning your main drive will just end up showing multiple partitions on DISK 0.
