Do I need a new MOBO?

So I have been thinking is my MOBO ok or would it be better to get a new one.

It is a 2011 Asus P8H67-M-PRO, if you google it, it doesn't have all the nice features that you can find on google.

So mainly i was thinking that is my RAM fast enough for future/modern games, I have now 1333MHz wich is the max for my MOBO.

And i'd like to get a new one ( if needed )with the same socket than this ( 1155LGA ).

What CPU Would you recommend for me? I currently have a i5-2320 running on stock 3.0Ghz but my MOBO has "Turbo Mode" enabled so it runs max 3.3Ghz!

As my GPU I am running a 7870 Gigabyte. What I also were planning to maybe upgrade to a GTX 760 or 770.

I am no use on a "K" version because I can't overclock it with my current MOBO

I don't feel good about my PC because my RAM is 1333Mhz and my mobo is a PCI-e 2.0, so it's not putting full power :(

Ok, the 3770 is a i7 right? It kinda costs too much ( 320€ ).

The 3570 in the other hand sounds better at 201€ but the K version is only 10€ more so would it still be better?
