CPU Block : 200Mhz
DIMM Clock Setting : Auto
Auto Detect PCI Clk : Enabled
Spread Spectrum : Disable
CPU Voltage at Next Boot : Default
CPU Vcore 7 Shift : Normal
VCCNB select : 1.54V Default
VCCSB select : 1.05V Default
DIMM Voltage Setting : 1.87V Voltage
CPU Clock Ratio : 8 x

MotherBoard : Jetway 945GCDMS-6H

Thank You

Solution
you have to bump up the cpu block from 200mhz up. the total speed is the cpu block (also known as the CPU FSB) times the cpu clock ratio (also known as the CPU multiplier)

so if you set the block to 250mhz. you will get 2ghz total speed. does the bios let you change the cpu clock ratio?

[edit] also the voltage range for that cpu according to intel is between .85V and 1.5V. depending on your motherboard you might need to bump up the volts to achieve higher overclocks.

and also, do the increases to the block in small increments, not only for safety but also so you can find the limit of the overclock

Thanks for reply
I can increase CPU Clock upto 223 MHz but in 224 MHz it can't boot (There is a option to increase in CPU Block from 200 MHz to 500 MHz)

I set CPU Clock 210 MHz, then Test Prime95 torture testing for 4 hours and it passed

(Date is shown wrong due to CMOS reset)

if I set my CPU Clock above 223 MHz, It can't boot

What is the next step?

Thank you

I have successfully upgraded the fsb to 332mhz on my e2140 and now run at 2.66ghz at 50.4 C with no issues.
I first connected BSEL1 to a VCC to get 266mhz then tested. after a successful run i decided to jump to 332 by connecting BSEL2 to a VSS.i followed this for my first attempt with great success.
(overclockers.com/dell-vostro-200)
There is also the ability to run at 400mhz, but as i understand the system becomes very questionable. So i kept mine at a comfortable 2.66GHz
Just connect these with a conductive pen, or use tinfoil, I used 30g knyar wire. and if this fails, simply remove the connections. I started with the middle one, then tested.

I am currently running this test after re installing my Geforce 9500gt and a 200gb hd from another unit. Also i just use my stock HS&F
I will update with another p95 screen after a few hours.

UPDATE- 3 Hour Prime 95 torture test passing with flying colors!

Another option is to buy an E84, 85 or 8600 processor from ebay for 40-50$. that will bring you to 3.33GHz(with the E8600) stock. Hope this helps!
