I believe it's fine, but you might want to upgrade it for overclocking and when in high memory usage of gpu.

Take GTX 660 ti GIGABYTE. Flipkart link: http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-nvidia-geforce-gtx-660...
If you can go to Nehru place in Delhi, you'll get it in 15k.
You'll get better performace in sli, if you would like to add one later.

Tell me why you suggested GTX 660TI Over GTX 760?

Just pick the GTX 660ti, you will later realise that you would need to softmod it to a pro gfx card. As 660ti has same architecture of k4000(GK-106) and has better compatibility for modding. which will help you in professional works. And as its gaming card, you can quickly reflash bios to get back the gaming drivers....

How many amps does your PSU deliver on the 12v rail? Can't find it anywhere, only 1 eBay offer for Rs750

Don't use a mid to high range GPU on that PSU. Get a decent quality PSU

These are the 2 options u have
GTX 760
R9 270X

I wouldn't use a PSU for 12$ with components for 300$
