Why my internet seems strange?

I've used a WiFi Router with the highest privileges from my ISP, and my router has a weird problem. The connection is like a balloon -- the more you forced it, it will pop -- so i can't even open a site that is really heavy to load. Sometimes the connection seems strange, when my laptop says it has an internet connection, but i can't even open Google. And sometimes when surfing the web a yellow warning sign pops on the side of the internet sign, says "No internet access". The only thing that solved it is to reset my router, and it is pain in the *** because in average the warning pops up is like 5 - 6 times a day.

What is wrong with this?

Change channels anyway to the furthest from the one you are using it could be interference from other sources.

Also make sure your wireless drivers se up to date and check for any firmware updates for your router, it could be a bug in the firmware.
it most likely is on a congested channel with other wifi networks in your area, get a program calles inssider and check what channels all the local wireless networks close to you are using and change to a less congested wireless channel.

No, i think it's not congested wireless channel. I am the only one WiFi in the range > 20 m, and has WPA2-Personal. And even there are 1 connection that get scanned for 1 - 10 seconds has -90 dBm so it can't be the congesting channel.
