I am buying a new computer for professional purposes like :
- Ansys Fluent (90% priority),
- Solidworks,
- Cinema 4d, etc.

I need to do solving in Ansys but I need good rendering and flow simulation also. I have a budget of $2100. Solving in Ansys requires K20 and pre-post analysis requires Quadro, but both are expensive. So I am thinking to buy 7970 ghz, which has lot of power, but it has openCL and does not have required drivers. What should I do? For the processor I think i'll tr to get i7 3970x.

For what you're wanting I'd get the i7-3770K http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007SZ0EOW/ref=as_li_q... and get a GTX 690 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007ZRO3U4/ref=as_li_q... Everything else is really up to you but those would be my suggestions for your goals. I can make recommendations on the rest of your setup if you would like.

obviously gtx 690 would not able to handle the extreme mesh generations and solving, which require professional teslas. I believe that you can take that for flow trajectories generation. And for the computing can be done by i7 3930 which still is low for that.
