More about graphics card
  1. none. The CPU barely make min system spec for LoL and didn't not make min system spec for Skyrim.

First, you'll need to upgrade your CPU and graphics card together. A single-core can't hope to play these games. Your socket takes up to a 95w CPU, so the best you'll find will be a Phenom II X4 945. An Athlon II X4 would work as well - whatever you can find. Then the best graphics card you can put in there is an HD 7750 1GB GDDR5. Also, another 2GB of RAM will help.

Those upgrades will get you there - for about $250. Totally worth it.
  3. you need a totally new system to play those games :D

    or you need
    1. atleast 500W PSU
    2. AMD's Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
    3. Sapphire HD 7750
    4. 8GB DDR3 ram if you motherboard allows it
    and
    5. Windows 7 64 bit :D
