I have an ASUS Radeon 7870 and think it might be DOA. When I go into the BIOS and switch from integrated to PCI-E Graphics and install the card, I get no signal only integrated works. Ive also tried to just not change anything in the BIOS and install the card with the drivers disk to get it going but all the disk says is "Please install the VGA of ASUS". Any help is appreciated. :)

check and make sure the bios on your motherboard is up to date and install the latest and try setting bios to pcie again and try the card again.

Since I have a MSI mobo can I just use Live Update to update the BIOS? I don't have a USB stick available right now.

I did the BIOS update and it works great now. Graphics card is detected and working. At first I got scared because the computer rebooted but no signal was on the screen. I though I borked it for sure but I manually rebooted the computer a couple times and wah lah its good. :)  Thanks again for the help.

no worries bud, make sure to clear your old drivers away before sticking on the new ones.
