hi guys, i recently just purchased a msi gtx 780 gaming edition along with the msi z87 gd65 gaming edition mobo; i have 2 options to increase my gpu performance via either the VGA boost or the MSI gaming app but not sure which one to use? does it matter which one and would it be wise to use both at once?

there are a few of these kinds of apps. most will do exactly the same job give or take but not all will be completely compatible with the games you play.
nvidia do gpu boost 2 which seems to be the app of choice and doesnt need anything other than a gpu that supports it.
the msi app may have the odd tweak for its own none reference cards but the differences will likely be minimal.
so i would suggest you try all 3 (if vga boost is different to gpu boost 2) and see which has the best compatibility with your selected games.
