My system randomly turns off, and won't turn on again.. But it still has power running through!

I was playing LoL, and all of the sudden, my system turns off! I tried pressing the power button and nothing worked.. Then when i was thinking about what to do it turns on again.. And it happens once more when it was booted into windows.. Don't know what to do, and it's something internal! I'm watching TV off of the same wall outlet right now..

I'm going to focus on two things here.
1) Connections, check all of your connectors to make sure they are snug and there are no loose wires going into the connectors.
2) Heat - when was the last time the heatsink and all your fans were cleaned?

Everything is connected right and the heatsink is 1 month old..
I'm sending in my PSU for RMA tomorrow :(
