Try to go Control Panel - Power Option, then check if your PC is set for "High Performance" power plan.

If u play wow multiplayer, also check if ur network isn't fast enough.

Plus HD 7770 is a little weak to pair w/ i5-3330, better go for GTX 650 ti boost or HD 7850 or better gfx if u play in MAX settings.

HD 7770 is not weak at all, and can pair with i5-3330. I got a computer with HD 7750 and i7-3770, I can play any game at MAX... Plus, WoW is a very old game (more than 9 years old) and can be played at AGP video cards with Pentium 4. Please stop answering people by recommending them to buy new hardware when thats not their problem.

That guy is having another problem.

Well WOW isn't that old 'cause maybe u'r playing an older version but clearly his not: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/minimum-system...

According to the recommended requirement i5-3330 is fine cuz its way out of Core 2 Duo but HD 7770 is a bit like HD 4850 and if he goes for max/high settings maybe the fps couldn't be high enough, "recommend settings", imo, it's that u could play on med or med-high settings but not for high/max settings, that's why i get the conclusion like this.

But it's just my conclusion, it's the OP who decides.
