Which LGA1155 motherboard?

It's finally time for me to upgrade my motherboard and cpu.

I'm not sure which motherboard is the best:

MSI Z77A-G43

ASRock Fatal1ty Z77

I plan on using a i3 3240 with this. Things to consider are crossfire support and ease of overclocking

Feel free to suggest any other board in the same price range

well thats pretty much two of the main differences. to some people those two things are deal breakers, but for some using a non "k" series processor and a single card, the differences are too small to justify the extra money.

if youre planning on getting a different cpu later to overclock, get the z77 for sure.

i'd look at the asrock z77 extreme 4/extreme 6. theyre good overclockers and reliable.

with an i3 you cant overclock, so you can get a cheaper board (h77 or something comparable)

edit: well after looking around, the h77 doesnt have many crossfire capable boards that are any cheaper than the z77s you posted.

That was one of the problems I had searching for a cheaper board.

About the overclock, the idea is actually that if I upgrade my cpu in the future, that overclocking was available.

If I were to choose a asrock h77, would how does it differ from the z77 except for overclock and crossfire support
