I currently have the GeForce 660ti installed, with 4.0mhz, Win7 64bit, 16gb RAM. But I still can't max FSX without a cpu crash. Someone told me I need two 660ti cards. Do I?

FSX is more CPU intensive. What CPU do you have? I don't think FSX supports two graphics cards, and the 660ti is more than enough.

I have a photo of my entire system, but I can't add it here. If you can send your email address, I can attach the photo to my return email. I really would like to be able to max, or near-max out FSX. Thanks,

Just list your specs. If you search in that start bar "performance information and tools" then click, a window will open. then click "View and print detailed...." Just copy and paste everything from that window to the forum.

Here is Service Pack 1:
http://www.microsoft.com/Products/Games/FSInsider/downloads/Pages/FlightSimulatorXServicePack1.aspx
Service Pack 2:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8986

If you have Acceleration, you don't need to install the things. You have to install the first THEN the second or i screrws up our whole game. The service packs pretty much double your framerate. Even though I use only a GT 630, before I installed the service packs, I had about 15 fps at big airports, now I get about 30 fps.

tell me what happens after you install the service packs

MrBoomBoom....

I installed Acceleration, and tried using FSX. For some reason, when I start taxiing, the plane turns to the left. I have to turn my yoke way over to the right, then move it back slightly left, then back to the right again. That's the only way I can keep the plane reasonably straight going down the runway. Once it's airborne, there's no problem. I have changed the Yoke in Controls to different settings. I have also done the same in Control Panel/Devices and Printers. Same results. I even changed my yoke, because I used to have the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke. I had the same problem using that yoke, so I bought the new Saitek Pro Flight Cessna Yoke, thinking that would do the trick. Obviously, it didn't. Do you have any suggestions, ideas, etc. to help me with this?

Thanks,

I think you'll just have to play with the settings a bit. I have a CH Products Flight Sim Yoke and I noticed that if I turn the yoke while the game is loading, FSX will think that my yoke is straight. So, don't turn the yoke while the game is loading. Try to update your drivers. That's so weird that that's happening.
And is your framerate better?

You may be right....I might have inadvertently moved the yoke while FSX was loading...anyway, yes, my framerate is better. I have also downloaded and installed the latest FSX Booster, and that program also helps. When you say "update your drivers", are you talking about going to the Saitek site and doing the updates for the Yoke? Since I also have Saitak Pro Flight Quadrant, MultiPanel, SwitchPanel and TPM, would I not also have to do those updates at the same time as I do the Yoke?

I'm not sure, but I would just update all your controls and see if they have any software that you could install.
