Hello Everyone. First off I LOVE toms hardware, I'm reading it every day. Probably for the past 3 years or so and it's awesome. Anyway I have a few data needs that I would like to try and solve with a NAS device and want some input as to what exactly to look for, to make sure I can easily fill all of my needs (as cost effective as possible obviously). Here is a list of what I am looking for.

Pre-built. I have built dozens of computers, the know how is there but for this I am looking for a plug and play situation. Maybe add some RAM if possible but I'm not building this one.

DLNA server to route movies to my samsung BD-E6500 player and possibly our android devices.

cloud storage for family photos and videos with remote access for when we are not on the LAN

Looking for a 4 bay NAS situation. I have 2 2TB drives to populate it and would be adding more in the near future to facilitate RAID 5.

USB 3.0. This is not a 'must' but is very very preferable and would be a must if I can put my next thought into practice.

Web server for our small website. We have a home business and traffic is almost non exiatant, maybe a few hits a month and the entire site hosts maybe 10mb, in hopes to expand to maybe 75MB at some point. Again almost no traffic but I do want it out there and responsive.

email server. currently our hosting comapny does the site and email. If not possible I can just keep our current web hosting alive the way it is but If I can integrate all of their services into a NAS that I will be utilizing anyway I can save the $150 a year or whatever it is.

OK So my thought for hosting the web server was this. I do not want the added access time of spinning up an idle disk when a hit happens to our site, I want a flash based storage OR it always accessible from the RAM/cache. Like I said 50MB max on this front. Instead of populating a whole bay, if I have a rear USB 3.0 port I can put the whole site and more on an inexpensive 1GB USB 3.0 stick, leaving me with 4 drives still to build my RAID array.

Front USB 3.0 would still be very very beneficial as this is a media server and if I want to add or copy something someone else had brought over I don't want to be bottlenecked by USB 2.0. Again I 'could' live with this but I would rather not.

So far my preliminary search (cost is an issue) has brought me to either a Thecus NV4100EVO but that lacks USB 3.0 or the Seagate STBP100 which has a usb 3.0, but only one port and lacks web server functinality. If my web server goes down for an hour to do something else I could live, but 99% of the time it would be used for the website as intended.

All input is appreciated. This would be hard wired to my network, I use the base tier of Verizon FIOS and still have not even investigated if they would allow http hosting and if they do not or its more than an extra $100 or really even $50 per year then it's probably not cost effective. Haven't crunched numbers yet just building my ideas here.

Thanks in advance.
