Most acurate temp monitor utility?

Solution
Looks like HWMonitor is having fun pulling numbers from elsewhere.

Both Coretemp and Open Hardware Monitor are display a CPU core temp of 20C. Core Temp usually nabs its readings from the on-die CPU Core sensors, which are most accurate at load.

If I had to place bets, it would probably be both of those. To double check (triple check, rather) I would download AMD Overdrive, and observe what numbers it gives you for the core temps. If they match up, you're good to go.

Solution
Core temp is usually quite accurate, but some amds readouts tend to be around 10c lower than actual as im pretty sure its not under 70f in ur room that the cpu runs at 20c. The 40c seems accurate if ur cpu is overclocked, but its hard to tell if its oc'd or if its just the turbo boost.

Ok, Overdrive shows the same thing as coretemp. At idle, both are going down to 5 degrees Celsius :D . Room temp is 80 degrees fahrenheit (26c) .
