Suggested Router to pair with Motorola SB6121

Right now I'm using a Motorola SB5100 and netgare WGR 614 Speed test indicate I am getting 35.12 down and 11.54 Up I am current with Comcast and just change to Blast Plus Why the need for a new equipment I purchase SB6121 modem and considering a Netgear WNDR3800 N600 I current have three wired computer wireless laptop and a visiting ipad phones and knook so I want to be covered Any comment on what I am doing and the wndr3800 router?
