Would the AMD Radeon HD 7850 bottleneck a AMD Athlon II X4 750 CPU?

The 7850 or gtx 650ti boost would be a good upgrade for you. I don't think there will be a bottleneck unless you are playing something that relies heavily on the CPU, then there may be a little bit of a bottleneck but nothing major.
