Is this because i have a slow upload speed? I have Mbit/s of download speed and

0.5 Mbit/s upload speed. This problem doesn't occur when nobody is on the

internet except me. The connected devices on the router are:

My laptop (LAN Cable)

Our Phone (Wireless)

Brother's mobile phone (Wireless)

Sister's tablet (Wireless)

The problem occurs when my sister connects to the internet wirelessly with her

tablet, she only watches videos... What's the problem? What should I do? I can't

afford to upgrade my internet speed, atleast my parents can't. I tested on other

wirelessly connected devices, it doesn't matter if it's tablet, a computer or a laptop,

the same problem occurs everytime! I'm too frustrated, because I couldn't find

ANY solution for this, even here nobody can find the solution... If anyone find the

solution to this problem and fixes it... You don't know how happy I will be!

what router do you have, the wireless devices seem to be taking priority for the traffic on the router which is causing delays for the connections for your gaming.

sorry, siemens gigaset to me is a type of phone i did not realise it was your router.

it appears it does not support quality of service so you can give your gaming (UDP) traffic priority, the only way you are going to make a different is to get a router with quality of service.

what if i upgrade from 4mbps to a 5-10mbps internet with 320-640 kbit/s upload? i don't know what 5-10mbps means, does that mean i will get 5 or 10mbps? it will be T-COM or Croatian Telecom.

You keep asking about the same issue concerning your gaming problem. #1 your internet connection is slow at best and you probably never get the full upload speed you have 4 devices and have a half a meg for upload MAX, that is your problem! Even if there are only two devices running that is .25 of a M... Your sister will experience buffering problems nd you will get the dreaded lag problems. You need more bandwidth, buy it and be done with it!

Try this, have your sister turn off her computer and see what happens. A half a M is not great for gamin...BTW is your computer clean?

What about that CMTOOL upload speed increase? Will that improve when tablet connected wirelessly and my laptop connected wired?

Yes buy more bandwidth!
The fact that it doesn't occur when she is on proves that is she is using up the bandwidth that you need.
When she watches a movie she will get a large burst of data, when that happens your ping times to your game server will increase and you will see your game lag.....This is a text book 101 problem.
If you could enable some sot of QoS then it still would not help. I have 10/1 at my house now but before we had 5/.5 my kids would complain when I was watching Netflix. It still does it a bit.
You will need more bandwidth, your existing router to be bridged , then buy your own router and set up QoS for your gaming computer or gaming device to prioritize traffic for it.
