My 160gb Hard drive (sata) keeps on telling me to reformat the drive. I have tried everything and nothing. I managed to get the data off, then reformat the drive. I then put the data back, a few hours its been fine, but now its telling me again to reformat the drive. This time I am not getting enough time to copy the files over until it pops up with the sign, how do I get the data back off? Any help would be grateful. Thanks.
