Asus m5a78l-m lx3 problem with BIOS

I recently bought and asus m5a78l-m lx3 with the amd fx 6300 cpu. The problem is that there's something wrong with the bios, i cant enter, i have updated it but still, every time i pressed DEL, for entering the bios it sends me to the windows boot manager with the option to enter windows 7, and thats it.
I assembled it myself, is it possible that this is a hardware problem?

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for few minutes).
At restart it would wait for F1 and you should be able to access the BIOS.

I did it and at first I thought it worked, because I press F1 and enter the bios, but then when I reboot and try to access again happened the same that before.

I am using a PS/2 keyboard and i tried with a usb one and its the same thing, this mother doesnt have usb 3.0.
