the fan on my Phenom II X6 1090T is going out.
My Systemboard is an Asus M4A78 PRO

I am looking for a CPU Cooler that i do not have to take the backplate off the board to install.

So far, I am looking at the Cooolermaster Hyper TX3

Solution
May i suggest the H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler by corsair. it has a very simple set up and it keeps thoose temps in check using a push and pull set up. not to mention the price is unbeatable and there is no backplate replacement required!

Almost all tower cooling need a backplate replacement..

Well, if you can get OCZ Vendetta or even OCZ vendetta 2, this is much better than Hyper TX3..Same with Hyper TX3, ocz use the original backplate to mount to processor..

I dont have a lot of room between the ram and the Stock heatsink and fan.

Was looking at the Rosewill RCX-Z1 also.

I am not overclocking at all.

Just looking for a good replacement for stock that fits.
